Centralised Systems – Chilled Water

  •  Chilled water apartment indoor units c/w electric reheat for winter operation.

Water Cooled VRF

Water Cooled VRF system comprising condenser water heat rejection with refrigerant operated indoor units. System comprises:

Reverse cycle indoor units (bulk head or ducted)

Remote (in plant room) refrigerant to condenser water heat exchanger (condensing unit)

Roof top cooling tower

Roof top boiler

Floor CU Sizes: 22 to 100 kWr

Centralised Systems – Hybrid (Refrigerant to Water), (Common/Central system to serve multiple apartments)

8 Hybrid VRF: Utilises Air cooled or Water Cooled condensing units from 22 to 56 kW. A Refrigerant to Water (Hybrid) heat exchanger provides chilled water & hot water to the indoors simultaneously (heat one room & cool the room next-door simultaneously).

Indoor types for the Hi-Brid VRF include Ducted, Bulkhead, Wall Mounted, Cassette & Floor Mounted indoor units. Indoor capacities range from 1.7 kW to 5.6 kW (if conventional VRF the indoor unit capacities range from 1.7 kW to 28 kW).
